My name is Matt Brewer. My wife, Megan, and I have been married for 18 years and have 4 incredible kids. God has really blessed our family. We both grew up in Olive Branch and went to OB high school in the early 2000s. Our journey in ministry started while we were part of Longview Heights. I was one of the student pastors for that church from 2003-2009. In the summer of ’09 we connected with the IMB (www.imb.org) and moved to Budapest, Hungary. While we lived in Europe, God used all sorts of people and circumstances to shape, sharpen, and strengthen us. We were part of a small team that helped plant a church in downtown Budapest. (www.agora.hu) Upon returning to the States, we spent a few years with Lifepoint Church in Senatobia, MS. In 2014 our family of 4 at the time moved to Noblesville, IN and partnered with the SEND Network to start a new church there. At the end of 2022, Restoration Church merged into Harvest North Indy (www.harvestindy.org) and I became one of the pastors there. During the summer of ’24 God began opening some doors and leading our family to return to North MS and plant a new church in Byhalia. We’re partnering with the 242 network (www.242network.com), Redeemer Baptist Church (www.redeemerolivebranch.com), and a host of others in a cooperation of efforts to start a new church here. We are so excited to be returning to a place where we have deep roots to plant our lives. It has been so encouraging to see the way God has used each season to prepare us for the next.
